This Business Services company is coming up on the busy holiday season and has an urgent need for several customer service representatives to join the team!



Responsibilities will include order entry projects and helping to resolve customer inquiries/issues as needed. We are seeking people who are reliable, responsible, and eager to learn! This is an extremely fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented yet able to maintain a positive attitude regardless of the situation



Minimum Qualifications:

-Previous call center experience highly preferred

-Reliable and responsible

-Positive attitude with pleasant phone demeanor

-Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment

-Ability to handle high volume calls and customers

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Great team-player

-Motivated and energetic

-High aptitude for computer applications
