Dynamic business services company looking for a part-time Human Resources Assistant to join their team immediately. The HR Assistant will be supporting and working closely with the HR Manager and the HR team. He/She will be supporting a team of 20 people along with 4 other assistants. The ideal candidate will hold his/her work to the highest integrity, be punctual, and sharp. He/She should have the proven ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment. This would be an excellent opportunity to get your foot-in-the-door with an up and coming company!



Qualifications:

-2-3 years of experience in the HR field

-Previous recruiting experience highly preferred

-Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work within a diverse environment

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Meticulous attention to detail and great organizational skills

-Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office

-High aptitude for computer applications

-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

-Quick learner and a team player
